Job description:
- 8+ years of overall it with strong J2EE development experience preferably in IBM Websphere
- Experience with software development, deployment and strong troubleshooting in J2EE Technologies
- Strong UNIX experience (shell scripting is required)
- Experience in integration and deployment of COTS products.
- Flexible to work in shifts rotation and on call support for extended hours and weekends
- Experience in the application build, deployment and application integration/configuration, and troubleshooting on Sun Solaris/Unix platforms in both testing and production environments
- Must have general knowledge of web application data flow
- Solid system administration and troubleshooting experience needed

SQA Engineer, San Jose,CA
Job Description:
This position is needed to create and execute test cases and scripts. Delays
in the design of the application has caused the time-line to condense and
additional resources are needed to help with testing needs in order to meet
the implementation date. Resource is evaluated on his/her ability to create
and maintain test cases and scripts, interface professionally and
pro-actively with project teams, take ownership of tasks, identify and
analyze quality risks, prepare and implement test plans, write and execute
test cases, log and re-test defects, and communicate and resolve issues
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years experience working on telephony projects
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Minimum of 3 years experience developing and implementing system test plans, test scripts, and test cases in a software development environment.
- Experience with the testing cycle of complex software projects.
- Ability to write and maintain manual test cases

- Accrual of Vacation/Sick Time
Certain classifications of employees may accrue up to five days of paid vacation per year during their first two years of service. At two years of service or above, there is an accrual of up to ten vacation days. Employees may accrue up to a total 20 vacation days.
All employees are also eligible to accrue up to five paid sick days per year.
- Referral Bonus
Certain classifications of technical employees may earn a bonus for the referral of a new employee who completes 90 days of service. We also pay a referral bonus to certain classifications of technical employees who inform Conzeal of an opening with a new client. Under the technical employee classification, Conzeal will also pay bonus for an opening at an existing client, upon successful placement in a three-month plus project.
- Educational Assistance
During the first two years of service, interest free loans may be made available for the cost of additional education in the areas of Conzeal's business. For employees with more than two years of service, up to $1,000 may be made available to help pay for costs of additional education in areas Conzeal does business. We may also reimburse pre-approved software and technical books and materials purchases up to a certain limit per year.
