Flexi Staffing

Contract-to-Hire

This model suits the organizations that want to test the fit of a candidate before that person becomes a full-time employee. There are many advantages of this model. You are not bound to hire the contractor, if the contractor is not right fit. If the organization wants to hire, then the employee's work history is known and the employee is already familiar with your business environment.  The need for additional screening, training, and interviewing is eliminated.

Managed Sourcing

Outsourcing/Offshoring

This model is ideally suited for organizations where the need for the assignment is not the core function of the business and it can be performed outside the premises of the client organization. Based on the requirement, Conzeal will deploy temporary staff and use its own infrastructure for your project either at Conzeal premises in California or at its India location. It provides you with ultimate cost advantage where the required solution is turned over to you without much of your intervention and time commitment. For example, this service will have 20% cost advantage when compared to bay area when done at Conzeal’s premises and over 60% cost advantage when done in India.
